Who we are and what this notice covers
SolChey Studios operates this website and the inquiry, booking, payment, portfolio and studio-administration features available through it. This notice explains how information is collected, used, disclosed and retained when you visit the site or contact the studio.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and limited technical information generated by use.
- Inquiry information: name, email address, optional phone number, service interest, budget, timeline, referral source and project description.
- Booking information: selected service, date, time, time zone, contact details, session location, notes, add-ons, booking reference, acceptance timestamp and payment or deposit status.
- Payment information: Stripe processes payment card and billing details. SolChey Studios receives transaction identifiers, status and related booking information, but not your complete card number.
- Communications: emails, calendar details and other information you choose to send directly to the studio.
- Technical and security data: hosting logs, device or browser information, timestamps and a one-way hash derived from an IP address or email address to limit spam and abusive submissions.
- Studio-account information: authorized staff sign-in details, session information and assigned account roles.
How we use information
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent and compliance with legal obligations.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare estimates and communicate about potential projects.
- Check availability, create bookings, collect deposits and manage cancellations.
- Send confirmations and place confirmed or pending sessions on the studio calendar.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and studio workflow.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse and conflicting bookings.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting and legal records and enforce agreements.
How long information is kept
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including to manage inquiries and projects, keep transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the record and may be extended when a dispute, legal hold or security issue requires it. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Security
SolChey Studios uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted administrative access and encrypted network connections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not place Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information or other highly sensitive information in free-text inquiry or booking fields.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may ask to know what personal information is held about you, obtain a copy, correct it or request deletion. You may also object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. SolChey Studios will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
California residents may use these same methods to submit access, correction or deletion requests. SolChey Studios does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and an authorized agent may be asked to provide proof of authority.

Children’s privacy
The website and online booking services are not directed to children under 13, and SolChey Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the site. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact the studio so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Visitors outside the United States
SolChey Studios is based in California, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when practices, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised, and a more prominent notice will be provided when required by law. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised notice.
