Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to solcheystudios.com and its inquiry, booking, payment and portfolio features. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy & Data Use Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A person under 18 may not make a paid booking without a parent or legal guardian.

Website information is not a service contract

Portfolio examples, availability, rates, timelines and service descriptions are provided for general information and may change. A project is not accepted merely because an inquiry or booking request is submitted. A confirmed booking, proposal, statement of work or signed client agreement may contain additional terms and will control if it conflicts with these website terms for that project.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

• You must provide accurate contact, scheduling and project information.
• Displayed availability is not guaranteed until the studio confirms the booking.
• Paid bookings may require a 50% deposit. Stripe processes card payments and its terms and privacy practices also apply to checkout.
• Unless a project agreement states otherwise, cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the project or session fee, rush work may carry an additional fee, and travel or out-of-scope revisions may be billed separately.
• Taxes, usage rights, delivery dates, revision rounds and final payment obligations may be specified in a proposal, invoice or client agreement.

Information you submit

You represent that information and materials you submit are accurate, lawful and yours to provide. You grant SolChey Studios a limited right to use them only as reasonably necessary to respond, quote, schedule, perform requested services and maintain business records. Do not submit confidential material or sensitive personal information through general inquiry fields unless the studio has agreed on an appropriate secure method.

Intellectual property and portfolio media

The site design, text, branding, photographs, video, graphics, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to SolChey Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Viewing the site does not transfer any ownership or usage rights.

• Do not copy, republish, sell, alter or commercially exploit site content without permission.
• Do not remove watermarks, credits, rights notices or technical protections.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, create datasets from, or use portfolio media to train an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission.
• Client deliverables and usage rights are governed by the applicable project agreement, not by public display on this site.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities or bypass access controls.
• Do not submit malware, automated spam, deceptive requests or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate another person or use the site to violate anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to studio accounts, records, media or integrations.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services operated by Stripe, Microsoft, Instagram, Google, Supabase, Lovable, Cloudflare and others. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and may have separate terms and privacy notices. SolChey Studios is not responsible for third-party content, availability or conduct, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” SolChey Studios does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent availability of any portfolio item, or that general site information will meet a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolChey Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. For claims based solely on use of the public website, total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid specifically to use the website during the prior 12 months or $100. This limitation does not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Liability connected to paid creative services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify SolChey Studios from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, or materials you submit without the necessary rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SolChey Studios.

Copyright and rights concerns

If you believe site content infringes your copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, email solcheystudios@outlook.com with the specific URL, the work or right at issue, your contact information and a clear explanation of the concern. The studio may request additional information needed to review the report.

Disputes and governing law

These website terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim based on the public website, each party agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. If it is not resolved, courts located in San Diego County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, except where consumer law requires another forum or a party may seek relief in small-claims court.

General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and date. Material changes will be highlighted when legally required.
